credits,cards,and exp???

can somone explain theese things to me , like the 3 colored bars and the credit system? like how to obtain credits?

That's because these ARE the first site they've been used. The bars are your points, how long it is until you level up, and your activity respectively.

Points = You get these by say....posting and making threads, etc.
Level up bar = Self-explanable
Activity = tells us how active you are.

In other website, there are points. When forumer were happy of someone's explanation, they give him a point. So, the person who can help most efficiently are the peoples with +15 pts.
And, you're right, Weaver, it's looks like a video game. *go to search cheats to become über lvl 99* ^^

EDIT: 2 things: -The credits was to play at Triple Triad. Pfff... At FPS games, I can win, but, at a Triple Triad, I'm sceptic.

I think that you are thinking about "Karma." I've seen sites like those too and all the ones I've seen have something along the lines of "Karma" next to it.
